Welcome to the Mississippi Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association (MSCCFA) page.
MSCCFA is currently privately owned and operated perpetual care and memorial park cemeteries located in the state of Mississippi along with vendors throughout the United States. Our members operate reputable businesses and abide by all Federal, State and Local laws. Each has the best interest of their client family and their loved ones in mind while serving with the highest ethical standards.
Our association is actively involved with the Mississippi Legislators and the Secretary of State. We work closely with our elected state officials to be certain that the laws passed are good laws that protect the consumer while being fair to the industry. Recently the State Trust Laws were changed to provide better trusting practices and the Secretary of State was assigned the task of monitoring cemetery perpetual care and merchandise trust funds.
